You want to request an upgrade of your license

To upgrade your license or if you want to test a new version, please open a support ticket and chose the category “License and migration requests”
Please note that first a Test migration license will be delivered to let you test the version.
If you wish us to migrate your license definitely, please let support know by opening a new ticket.
The license mail will include the download links of the binairies and documentation and will be sent within few hours to the main contact registered for your company.


 

Your license is about to expire and you want to extend it

Please kindly note the support team cannot deal on license extension requests . To get the assistance on this request, please contact Talend accounting department following your region:

Your temporary license is about to expire and you have not received the definitive yet

The definitive license will be delivered once your signed contract is processed and your payment is received. In the meantime we will provide you a temporary license so that the start of your project is not delayed. Our accounting department are processing your request and you will receive your definitive license before the expiration of the temporary one.
