We announced earlier this week a strategic partnership with SugarCRM, aimed at providing seamless data integration capabilities to SugarCRM users: migration to Sugar, synchronization of their Sugar data with other apps, extraction of Sugar data for BI, etc.
Despite this announcement coming pretty soon after a couple other big news, several high profile editors were interested in speaking with us, and I did a few briefings along with Paul Oh, Director of Technology Alliances at Sugar (thanks, Paul, for your help!). Here are a couple pieces that appeared:
- My old friend Shawn Rogers of the B-Eye-Network posted a nice note in his blog
- Madan Sheina of Computer Business Review commented on how Talend sweetens data integration for SugarCRM users
- James Governor of RedMonk wrote in his Monkchips how “Talend are an intriguing little company”.
We held several other briefings so stay tuned for more…
Oh, on a separate note, Bob Zurek, CTO of EnterpriseDB, listed Talend #5 of 10 Fantastic Free Open Source Downloads For The Enterprise.
More later.
