To add, modify or invalidate your company support users

  • To add a support user, please use the support registration form that ou have received at the creation of your support contract. As soon as you submit the form, the login information will be sent out.

If for any reason you cannot retreive this form please send an email following your region to :

support.eu@talend.com for EMEA

support.us@talend.com for US

support.jp@talend.com for JAPAN

  • To modify or invalidate one of your support users (case of a company leave for example), please report a support ticket in category “Non technical request”
  • To increase the number of your support users for your contract ( example your contract allow 3 users registration and you want to register 5), please contact your Talend representative
