Eclipse Foundation

The Eclipse Foundation is a not-for-profit, member supported corporation that hosts the Eclipse projects and helps cultivate both an open source community and an ecosystem of complementary products and services. The independent not-for-profit corporation was created to allow a vendor neutral and open, transparent community to be established around Eclipse. Today, the Eclipse community consists of individuals and organizations from a cross section of the software industry.

Java Community Process

Since its introduction in 1998 as the open, participative process to develop and revise the Java™ technology specifications, reference implementations, and test suites, the Java Community Process (JCP) program has fostered the evolution of the Java platform in cooperation with the international Java developer community.

OSGi Alliance

The OSGi Alliance is a worldwide consortium of technology innovators that advances a proven and mature process to create open specifications that enable the modular assembly of software built with Java technology. The OSGi Service Platform facilitates the componentization of software modules and applications and assures interoperability of applications and services over a variety of networked devices.

OW2 is a global open-source software community. Its mission is the development of open-source distributed middleware, in the form of flexible and adaptable components. Those components range from specific software frameworks and protocols to integrated platforms. OW2 developments follow a systematic component-based approach.

TECH IN France

TECH IN France, the voice of the digital industry in France, was established in 2005 (originally named AFDEL) to compensate the representation gap of digital actors and to contribute to their development. TECH IN France gathers more than 400 companies: majors, SMEs, startups, international actors.
Talend is a Board Member of TECH IN France(first open source vendor to be elected to the board) and chairs the big data’s workshop, whose mission is to analyze and promote the big data market in France, among TECH IN France members, opinion leaders, and public authorities.
