Talend Community Partners

Designed for the consulting partners, Talend partnership program includes a new category which targets the independent consultants. This strengthens the active collaboration between the Open Source vendor and its community.

SURESNES, France - October 11, 2007 - With the launch of its "Talend Community Partner" program, Talend, the first open source data integration vendor, broadens the scope of its strategy for partnering with the IT influencers in France.

The enhancement of Open Source data integration solutions is based on collaboration between the Talend R&D team and an active community (users, consultants and partners). Thanks to its Talend Alliance Program Talend has developed an extensive partners' network, which has turned to be a relevant part of Talend's community environment. In order to meet their needs, Talend provides its partners with several resources, including service packages, training and dedicated technical support.

The Talend Alliance Program for Consulting Partners has been created for partners which offer consulting and development services, targeted expertise and trainings on Talend data integration solutions. This program is dedicated to all kind of consulting firms - generalists or specialists (Business Intelligence, CRM, ERP, and infrastructure), experts or not in open source technologies. 4 levels of partnership are now available: Platinum, Gold, Silver and Community.

In addition to the Platinum, Gold and Silver partner levels, we announced today the launch of a new category - Talend Community Partners - which especially targets the independent consultants. Among other advantages, we offer to take charge of all the pre-sales aspects of their projects. This allows them to save some time and to remain focused on the strategy," explained Duc Le Chi, Partners Manager at Talend.   • Silver Partners: Value Associates, Pragmatic Source, Adequation BI, Adret, Quod, Soft Computing.

  • The Technology Partners welcomes providers of solutions complementary to data integration, with companies such as SugarCRM, MySQL, Dataupia, SpagoBI or MicroStrategy.
  • The Powered by Talend program allows Talend Open Studio to be embedded (OEM) in third party solutions - Open Source or proprietary- companies such as Jaspersoft, Ingres or CamptoCamp have already included Talend's technology within their solutions.
