Strategic Alliance between Capgemini and Talend in the Open Source data integration field

Capgemini joins the Talend Alliance Program as a Platinum partner and will offer unique expertise in the implementation of Open Source data integration projects through its OSSPartner Competency Center

LOS ALTOS, CALIF. and PARIS, France - November 14, 2007 - Talend, the first Open Source data integration vendor, and Capgemini, one of the world leaders in management consulting and IT services, have announced today that they have signed a strategic partnership within the Talend Alliance Program.

Talend is the first vendor to offer a complete range of Open Source data integration solutions. Since its launch in 2006, Talend Open Studio, Talend's flagship product, has been downloaded by over 150,000 users.

According to the terms of agreement, Capgemini becomes a Platinum partner of Talend, the highest category in the Talend Alliance Program - program created to support Talend´s system integrators and technology partners. Capgemini will thus benefit from a technical, sales and marketing support from Talend on all the data integration projects that the consulting company will run on behalf of its clients.
