Coheris and Talend sign an OEM partnership to embed Talend's data integration solution into the Coheris application suite

With the signature of this OEM partnership, Coheris, the first European provider of Global Relationship Management solutions, confirm their will to offer solutions which are perfectly integrated in their customers' information systems.

BOULOGNE & SURESNES, France - April 10. 2008 - Coheris, one of the major players in the CRM and BI markets, adds to their offering the data integration suite from Talend, the first provider of open source data integration software. This partnership will enable the integration of Coheris components into Talend ETL (extract, transform, load) solution.

This new offering will facilitate the industrialization of the data exchanges between the enterprise applications and the CRM, marketing and BI databases of Coheris.

Leveraging the information linked to customers and their links with the enterprise is a key factor for improving the the performance of the CRM and marketing processes. Providing the relevant data (available, historical, real-time or calculated) enables to orient dynamically the business interactions, to define accurately the customer segments or the likely behaviors, and to target specific campaigns that leverage the full knowledge collected.

Coheris has created a cross-functional group of consultants, trained to use Talend technologies, which will provide a data integration competency for all of the Group's projects. It has also introduced its own components in the ETL solution, to feed the vector databases of the BI Suite.
