Overview

Over the pasted few years, Talend has been working very closely with one of its main technology partners, Vertica, to bring the latest and greatest integration between the two companies. Together our solution is used by many companies around the Globe in a wide range of data warehousing and analytical applications.

While Vertica is built from ground up to handle peta bytes of data with an unmatched flexibility and scalability in the industry; Talend provides a fully graphical interface to gather data from desperate sources and prepare it for loading into Vertica. Talend native DI connectors for Vertica enable data loads of up 300K rows/sec. Talend backs its DI integration with Vertica by offering a full set of connectors  for Data Quality and Profiling connectors as well as MDM and full integration with other application through Talend ESB.

Active Projects

Getting ready for 5.0 release. Talend is releasing an upgraded version of Vertica connector set utilizing vertica’s 5.1 JDBC drivers. New drivers would introduce better performance and interoperability with Vertica 5.1 version.
