The OSGi Alliance is a worldwide consortium of technology innovators that advances a proven and mature process to create open specifications that enable the modular assembly of software built with Java technology. Object Web - OW2

OW2 is a global open-source software community. Its mission is the development of open-source distributed middleware, in the form of flexible and adaptable components. Those components range from specific software frameworks and protocols to integrated platforms. OW2 developments follow a systematic component-based approach.

AFDEL

The French Association of Software Vendors (Association Française des Editeurs de Logiciels, AFDEL) has been founded to gather together software vendors  with the same community spirit and to represent the software industry in France. The association partners with European Software Association (ESA).
